For example I am in Taiwan, and I can not change language to English at all: in-game and client. The option, where it was normally present, when I was living in EU, is not there anymore. You can change your preferred language in O365 by clicking on your useraccount at the top right (Amir R1) and picking the 2nd option (my account) then click on settings (last tab with the gear icon) on the left navigation bar and clicking on the last option which will show you the language selection dropdown list.

I just bought a new Redmi Note 11 Pro+ from China; its arrived and I have an English keyboard installed, and the OS is nominally in English BUT most of the apps are still in Chinese. i.e. If I click settings, I get all my options in English (security, apps, battery, accounts & sync etc) and my keyboard is inputting in English.
