For example I am in Taiwan, and I can not change language to English at all: in-game and client. The option, where it was normally present, when I was living in EU, is not there anymore. Since I can not read traditional Chinese, I had to go through a lot of other guides, which most don't work anymore, and I got a solution so far, which I have not seen being covered anywhere.
