It depends on your country of purchase but in the US, at a boutique, I have been told that refund after exchange is possible with receipt and as long as its within 14 days of the original transaction so they can locate the original card charge. It may be at the discretion of management.

2007年8月24日 · There are no Chanel boutiques in the Caribbean. I was told that a couple of years ago while we were in St Barths. Every other designer had a shop there (in St Barths)-- except Chanel. This is where I purchased my first LV bag. Also, the shops charge full price, no discounting, they close for siesta at lunchtime.
