The bad: 1. Airline changed departure time so we can't make the connection on the outbound flight. We found out about this only by chance because my wife called the airline to ask about luggage and seating the family together. Airline sent note to "travel agent" of the ticket, but Globehunters never informed us.

I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights. If you've used Skylux, I'd like to hear from you.
