福田 康夫 （ふくだ やすお、 1936年 〈 昭和 11年〉 7月16日 - ）は、 日本 の 政治家 。 衆議院議員 （7期）、 内閣官房長官 （第 67 ・ 68 ・ 69 代）、 沖縄開発庁長官 （ 第41代 ）、 内閣府特命担当大臣（男女共同参画担当） 、 自由民主党総裁 （第22代）、 内閣総理大臣 （ 第91代 ）を歴任した。 東京府 東京市 生まれで、 群馬県 高崎市 育ち。 大学卒業後、丸善石油株式会社に勤務し17年余りサラリーマン生活を送っていたが、40歳で退社し、政界入りする [1] 。 父である 福田赳夫 の秘書を14年間務めた後、 1990年 （ 平成 2年）の 第39回衆議院議員総選挙 において 旧群馬3区 から出馬し初当選を果たす。
