2017年1月4日 · Ginkakuji Temple (銀閣寺) is located at the end of "Along the Old Canal" path (or Philosopher's Path) if you start the path from Nanzenji Temple. Ginkakuji literally means Silver Pavilion (銀閣寺), which is different from the temple named Kinkakuji (or Golden Pavilion / 金閣寺).

2022年11月24日 · Review of Ginkakuji Temple. Reviewed November 24, 2022 via mobile. One of the most picturesque temples in Kyoto. This is a truly photogenic temple, especially beautiful in autumn. So many other gorgeous temples are in this area that it’s easy to combine sights. Ginkaku-ji goes very well with Eikan-do, Nanzen-ji and the so-called Philosophy Path.
