Repatha (evolocumab): Adults w/ primary hypercholesterolaemia (heterozygous familial & non-familial) or mixed dyslipidaemia, & paed ≥10 yr w/ het.
Indications and Dosage. Oral. Cough. Adult: 60 mg up to tid at intervals of at least 6 hours. Dosage recommendations may vary among countries or individual products (refer to specific product guidelines). Child: 2-12 years 1 mg/kg/dose up to tid at intervals of at least 6 hours. Max: 3 mg/kg daily. >12 years Same as adult dose.
