Dosage/Direction for Use. Adult & elderly 20 mg once daily. Initially, 5 mg once daily for the 1st wk then increase to 10 mg once daily on 2nd wk & to 15 mg on 3rd wk. From 4th wk & beyond, dose is adjusted to 20 mg once daily.
