2023年11月3日 · 是次調查收集各參與單位的僱員實際、預測的薪酬調整幅度、應屆畢業生入職薪金、獎勵計劃、僱員福利、人員流動、年度薪酬及津貼等主要資訊，分別以4個職級作分析：管理／經理級員工、中層／主任／專業員工、一般員工、以及前線／操作員工。 以87間香港機構為基準，2022年7月至2023年6月整體實際薪金調整幅度為3.2%至3.8%。 除了7間表示凍薪的機構外，其餘80間機構的整體實際加幅為3.6%至4.3%；報告預測2024年，香港各職級的整體加薪幅度為3.5%至3.8%，分別高於澳門（2.8%至3.3%）及廣東省城市（2.8%至2.9%）。 撇除7間表明凍薪的機構，其餘80間機構明年的整體加幅預測介乎3.8%至4.1%。 應屆畢業生薪酬方面，最高平均起薪點為港幣$20,950，屬於「 工程 」界別。
