關於換卡計劃. 換卡計劃旨在為市面上流通的八達通提供更優化的技術更新，並確保所有用戶都可持續享用最新的八達通服務。 租用版八達通. 不記名八達通. 個人八達通. 由2020年6月中開始，八達通會恆常地分批更換於2002年及其後發出的租用版八達通，每批八達通提供最少三個月的通知期，並會在通知期內加設特別的「嘟～嘟嘟」拍卡提示聲響，提醒用戶其租用版八達通需要更換。 用戶應儘快將需要更換的租用版不記名八達通在失效日期前轉換為 手機八達通* 或前往 八達通服務站 更換一張新實體八達通，以繼續使用八達通服務。 用戶卡内的按金、餘額、服務及優惠 # 均可轉移至 手機八達通 或新卡。 當八達通卡失效一年但仍未被更換，用戶需繳付 逾期更換行政費 。
