Indications and Dosage. Adult: 60 mg up to tid at intervals of at least 6 hours. Dosage recommendations may vary among countries or individual products (refer to specific product guidelines). Indications and Dosage. Intravenous. Metastatic colorectal cancer. Adult: In combination with folinic acid, fluorouracil, and irinotecan (FOLFIRI) in patients with resistance to or progression after an oxaliplatin-containing regimen: 4 mg/kg every 2 weeks given via infusion over 1 hour.
