2024年2月21日 · 香港公共小巴車主司機協進總會主席張漢華估計去年底至今至少有50部紅VAN斷供被拖走。 張漢華指，車主如透過銀行借貸購入小巴牌，以往在金管局自疫情推出的「預先批核還息不還本」計劃下，車主每月平均償還萬多元利息，但該計劃已完結，車主正常供款每月需償還3萬多元，不少車主未能負擔而斷供，當中包括潮聯。 據多間車行網頁的公共小巴牌價走勢，小巴牌價由2011年高峰期800萬元跌至最新70萬元。 張指，據他了解近日「頂唔順」斷供的車主，多於300萬至400萬元價位入牌，而紅VAN生意疫後一直未能完全復蘇，加上去年底三隧劃一商用車收50元後經營壓力上升而需加價，日均客量下跌最少2至3成。
