I contacted them but the reply was very superficial. said mine contained prohibited items but my item description was a very simple 2-3 miners without any details or information. then I see others listings for the same items is ok.
It started with me purchasing an ear medicine from a Carousell seller (with a business account) for a community cat that I am caring for. Delivery was $10, which was a little too expensive for a small item, and with Covid, I am pretty cash strapped. So I suggested using grab express instead.
