Fraudulent emails often come from domains that may appear similar, such as @bnb.com or @reservation-airbnb.com. But legitimate emails from Airbnb will only come from the following domains: @airbnb.com @airbnbaction.com @airbnblove.com @airbnbmail
You can send a message to your Host via your Inbox. If you have any payment issues that you need to resolve, you can do so in the Resolution Centre.
