The basics. About Superhosts. How-to. About Superhosts. A Superhost is a Host who goes above and beyond to provide excellent hospitality. Guests can easily identify a Superhost from the badge that appears on their Airbnb listing and profile. Qualifying as a Superhost. Anyone can become a Superhost, and you don’t need to apply.
If you missed your 24-hour window to accept a guest you want to host, no worries: Ask them to send new request and throw in a special offer for good measure. Please note: Airbnb can block your calendar if you haven’t provided all the information required for your account. You have 24 hours to accept or decline a trip request before it expires.
It’s always included and always free whenever you host. If a guest causes damage to your place or belongings during an Airbnb stay, you can file a reimbursement request through our Resolution Centre. You’re reimbursed for certain damage caused by guests to your home and belongings if the guest does not pay for the damage.
Instant Book. How-to. •. Guest. Instant Book listings allow you to book immediately without needing to send a request to the Host for approval, provided you’ve completed your account setup. There’s no additional fee, and it’s especially convenient for last-minute trips. Simply filter your search to show only Instant Book listings and book away!
Click Guidebooks. Edit title, cover photo, and choose which listings the guidebook is associated with. Click Add to guidebook to enter places, neighbourhoods, and city advice. Host guidebooks are public and everyone can access them on Airbnb.
How-to. •. Guest. “Pending” or “exempt” licence or registration numbers on listings. Some cities require Hosts to obtain a licence or registration number to list their places on Airbnb. The corresponding field on their listing allows them to show that number for compliance.
You must be at least 18 to book a reservation or host your place on Airbnb. Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search.
