   3. Votes. For some reason foreign Disney accounts have a restriction that prevents you from purchasing tickets. You can call the Tokyo Disney directly and they will work with you to unrestrict your Disney user account to be able to purchase tickets. Number I called +81- 45-330-9697 and they were able to help me.
