Childn >2 yr 2-3 sachets daily; 1-2 yr 1-2 sachets daily; <1 yr 1 sachet daily. SmectaGo/Smecta Strawberry Acute diarrhoea Adult Ave of 3 sachets daily for 7 days. Daily dose can be doubled at the start of treatment. Childn ≥2 yr 4 sachets daily for 3 days, then 2 sachets daily for 4 days. Other indications Adult Ave of 3 sachets daily.
