   本比賽邀請在職老師以主辦單位 提供的範本 創作教案，每位參賽者最多可經官方比賽網站呈交兩份參賽作品 。 教案可以中文或英文書寫，內容必須與任何災難的防備、應對和/或復原方法相關。 必須清楚列明教案所需／參考的資源，凡進行教案編寫前預先閱讀的參考文章或資源，均須列明相關資料來源。 參賽作品一概不予退還，參賽者請自行保留備份。 參賽者一經參與比賽，即表示同意主辦機構出版其參賽作品。 所有得奬者及參加者的教案有機會被輯錄成書，並派發至全港幼稚園。 如參加者因電腦或網絡等技術問題，以致未能準時提交，或遺失、錯誤傳送參賽文件及各種無法預見的情況而未能成功參賽，主辦機構不會承擔任何責任。 一旦提交表格並參與，即表示完全同意以上條款。
