We plan to travel by ourselves, and places on our list are. Sydney, Cairns, Grand Barrier Reef, Uluru, Melbourne, (Tasmania) Our interests are animals, nature and food. Is following plan reasonable:

Day 2-4 Drive to Sounyko Onsen, Choyo Hotel. Day 5-6 Drive to Utoro Onsen, Kitakobushi Hotel. Day 7-8 Drive to Akan Ko, Akan Yuko no Sato Tsurga Hotel.
6 天前 · Mishima is next best option to visit both by car. For less time spent on travelling by public transports better stay in Kawaguchi-ko for former and Mishima or elsewhere for latter. 2. Re: Base to explore five lakes and izu. If you're relying on public transportation, you need two bases, Kawaguchiko and Atami.

Options are Nikko or Kaga-Onsen with the hope of catching fall colours, quality onsen/ryokan, culture and food (last is most important!). Nikko getting Kinugawa Koen/Onsen ryokans. Heard Nikko very crowded so thinking of Kaga-Onsen.
6 天前 · 8th Day of 21 day trip. May 18, 2024, 8:31 AM. 8th Day. Yesterday was eating day, today train day. 1st journey was from Shimbashi Station to Tokyo station , Yamanote line. Tokyo to Shin hakodate hokuto station by Shinkansen (Hayabusa 13.. 9.36 am from Tokyo arrived on dot 1.33 pm ) . From there to Saporro 1.50 pm Hokuto 13 arrived at 5.30 pm .
