Tap Accounts Center, then tap Password and security. Tap Where you're logged into view your recent login activity for accounts in this Accounts Center. To log out of devices you're currently logged into, tap on one of your accounts, then scroll down and tap Select devices to log out.
Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook. Select Settings & Privacy, then click Activity Log. From here, you can filter by Date or review Activity Types like: Your Posts to review things like photos, videos, text and status updates you've shared
