2024年4月5日 · 「家有初生」優先配屋計劃. 凡有於2023年10月25日或以後出生而年滿一歲或以下的初生嬰兒的公屋家庭申請均符合「家有初生」優先配屋計劃的資格（即申請者必須在該合資格初生嬰兒年滿一歲當天或之前，將有關初生嬰兒加入其公屋申請內）。 具體來說，以下公屋申請將可獲縮減一年輪候時間： (a) 有於2023年10月25日或以後出生而年滿一歲或以下的初生嬰兒的新公屋家庭申請；及.
