   2021年3月23日 · 長者戶全免租金計劃 | 香港房屋委員會及房屋署. 香港房屋委員會推出長者戶全免租金計劃，給予符合資格的長者戶一個選擇，調遷至面積合適的公共租住房屋（公屋）單位後，可享全免租金。 有關住戶須符合下列一般申請資格： (1) 所有家庭成員均年屆70歲或以上； (2) 必須符合以下其中一項條件： (a) 根據下列標準被界定為寬敞戶： (b) 居於一型設計長者住屋； (c) 居於無獨立設備的「改建一人單位」； (3) 戶籍及居住情況正常； (4) 並無違反租約上的任何條款；以及. (5) 在「屋邨管理扣分制」下被扣有效分數未滿16分。 凡透過「特快公屋編配計劃」獲配公屋的住戶，必須住滿3年方可申請。 計劃全年接受申請，名額有限。
