紅葡萄酒 （法語： vin rouge ，英語： red wine ），中文簡稱 紅酒 ，是一種由紫色、黑色或者酒紅色果的 葡萄 釀造而成的酒精飲料，顏色呈現艷紅色、酒紅色、紫紅色和櫻桃粉，不透明和半透明的都有，是 葡萄酒 中最代表性的種類 [1] 。 紅葡萄酒可分為 乾紅葡萄酒 、 半乾紅葡萄酒 、 甜紅葡萄酒 和 半甜紅葡萄酒 。 健康及科學成因 [ 編輯] 紅酒的顏色主要來自於葡萄皮中的 花色素苷 。 由於在發酵製作過程中含有葡萄皮的成分，紅葡萄酒有比 白葡萄酒 有更高的保健價值。 研究表明，攝入適量的紅葡萄酒對健康有益。 一部分原因是因為皮中含有 兒茶素 、 白藜蘆醇 、 單寧 、等 多酚 物質。 它們可能降低癌症的發病風險 [2] 。 產地 [ 編輯] 部分紅葡萄酒例子 [ 編輯]
