公屋申請者可透過<公屋申請電子服務>查詢公屋申請進度、更改公屋申請資料（包括更改選擇的區域）、更改詳細資格審查面晤的日期和時間等，詳情請 按此 。 注意. 申請者若遷居或家庭成員資料有所改變，或有需要更改所選擇的申請地區等，必須立即通知房屋署，否則會影響獲得配屋的機會或導致其申請被取消。 申請者必須依時回應由房屋署所發出有關公屋申請的文件。 現時公屋申請編號在 G1396576 / U0419945 或之前（即登記日期或相應登記日期在 2016 年 9 月 30 日或以前）的一般家庭申請者及非長者一人申請者，以及所有參加「高齡單身人士」、「共享頤年」或「天倫樂」優先配屋計劃並選擇與申請內所有家庭成員居於同一單位的申請者才可選擇輪候市區（包括香港島及九龍）的公屋單位。
