Press Release. 監管局出版新小冊子 《非本地學生在香港租屋指南》 (2017 年5 月31日)基於不少非本地學生來港讀書,加上大學宿位短缺,一些非本地學生無法在校內覓得宿位,而需另覓居所。 為協助這些非本地學生了解在香港租住物業時應留意的要點,地產代理監管局(「監管局」)出版了一本名為《非本地學生在香港租屋指南》的小冊子。 新小冊子內容涵蓋委託持牌地產代理、訂立《地產代理協議》及揀選物業時應注意的事項。 小冊子設有繁體中文、簡體中文及英文版本,方便非本地學生閱讀。 監管局行政總裁韓婉萍女士表示:「大部分非本地學生都不熟悉香港的物業租賃情況和地產代理的職責及服務,因而在租屋的過程中可能會遇上困難。
