8 years ago. You will be arriving in BIA Katunayake which is away from Colombo city. Where exactly will you be staying at? I'm not sure about internet cafes but a safe bet would be to use the business centre of a reputed hotel. You should also buy a local sim which should offer data speeds decent enough for a Skype video session.

Hell, they have pulled them out of pools at some resorts : ) I have photos. One very good reason to follow the rules. Many resorts do not allow swimming at night in the pools. The crocodiles aren't looking for human interaction, but they are there. Don't let the thought of them being in "nature" have an effect on your vacation planning.
