Confirmed reservations. As a Host, you can change the price of a confirmed reservation by sending your guest a trip change request. If the guest accepts the request, the reservation will be updated and the guest will be charged or refunded if necessary. If they decline or don’t respond, then the reservation will stay as is.
Suggestions will show after typing in the search input. Use the up and down arrows to review. Use enter to select. If the selection is a phrase, that phrase will be submitted to search. If the suggestion is a link, the browser will navigate to that page.
To check when you’ll be charged for upcoming payments, after your receipt is issued: iOS app. Android app. Mobile browser. Click Trips and select the reservation you want to check. Under Reservation details, click Payment info. Click Get receipts and manage payments. Under Upcoming, you'll find your scheduled payment date and amount.
Collecting additional fees. If you manage 6 or more listings, you can add additional fees to your listing and collect them at the time of booking. Price breakdown for a trip: Go to Calendar and select a listing. Select one night or continuous nights in Calendar. Click on Guest total to access a price breakdown for the nights selected. Additional fees you set including cleaning are excluded from nightly price breakdown. Airbnb’s guest service fee may change with booked trip information.
How rule-sets works. You name your rule-set, then add rules for how you’d like your nightly price to change when your rule-set is applied. Enter your default nightly price and tap Save. Go to Calendar and select the listing you want. Tap Settings. Find the Nightly price section under Pricing. Enter your default nightly price and tap Save. Your changes will only apply to future reservations, not those that are already pending or confirmed.
