My wife and I will be taking a 16 day trip in October and I'm starting to plan out our days in Tokyo (yeah, I'm a planner). We have 5 full days in Tokyo and are staying at the JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom in Shinjuku.
2024年5月13日 · Answer 1 of 2: My husband and I will be in Tokyo at the beginning of September. We would like a private or small group tour for all three days. If we go with the private tour, we would like to have the same guide all three days. Anybody know anything like that?

From a tourist perspective, 1/1 is the day you truly need to find something to do. Therefore, check individual attraction closing days.

I would say as soon as you are able to (i.e. your plans are firmed up), especially if you want specific hotels or locations. On booking com, a large number of hotels are book and pay at the property.
5 天前 · First Time Visitor- Tokyo- looking for multi day guide. Family of 3 planning on visiting Tokyo and surrounding area in late August. Expect to be there for 10-12 days. Planning on starting in Tokyo and seeking recommendations for an English speaking tour guide who can plan a land tour for us to see the top sights by car and train outside of Tokyo.

I've been reading here for a few months and it helped a lot. Two adults and a nine year old in Japan for 12 days, with the first section in Tokyo, followed by Osaka and Kyoto.
