   2024年4月5日 · 申請指引. 長者. 「高齡單身人士」優先配屋計劃. 申請者除須符合公屋申請的基本申請資格外，亦必須年滿58歲，在配屋時則必須年滿60歲。 符合資格的申請，通常會比一般家庭申請較早獲得處理。 申請者可要求加入家庭成員，轉為相關優先配屋計劃的家庭申請，而毋須另行重新登記，並會繼續沿用舊有的申請編號。 申請者原先以單身人士資格輪候的時間，會以半數計算入其家庭申請內，但以三年為限。 經調整輪候時間後，有關申請會被編訂一個等同於一般申請的登記日期 (即相應登記日期)，此日期將作為日後編配及執行公屋申請政策的依據。 請按下列連結查閱詳情 ： 公共租住房屋申請須知 [HD274]及須注意事項 [RCSU2-018-1C] (PDF 格式)
