It just gives you accesss to the Dewars lounge (like a bar inside the arena), where drinks and food are available for purchase. Altough it's nice, seats against the glass are aways taken and drink prices are exactly what you'd expect at a sporting event $$$.

From there, take Metrorail to Govt Center station near downtown, then transfer to the free Metromover to the Freedom Tower station.
