I will say that APA had somewhat weird room layouts in 2 of the 3 hotels I stayed at and I found the raised washroom floors a bit annoying just because I'm not accustomed to them. But they had better quality bidet shitter seats compared to most of the other hotels I tried out in various cities in Japan. 1.
2020年1月24日 · Side note: APA also purposefully did not send out a confirmation email when I booked and required a phone call to cancel. The 15 other places I have booked have no such issues, and most are independent inns (not huge Multi-National Hotel chains like APA).

But every time I go to the cancellation page and enter my reservation number and all that i just keep going in a big circle (all the links just take me back to the same white page) and can’t do anything with my reservation.

I stayed at the APA Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho and can definitely confirm that the space is incredibly limited. We had two suitcases and we stacked them under the desk so we could walk. For one person, it’s probably workable but definitely snug. The location is

When in doubt; book direct. When you book direct and there's still a problem; the hotel is on the hook and can't blame a 3rd party ;) I booked my stay with about 5 or 6 months of advance, all of the hotels honoured it just fine (one was an APA). You could probably call and ask, if it will put you at ease. Yes.
