   地 產 代 理 證. 持有有效營業員或地產代理 (個人)牌照的人士可獲發給一張地產代理證，方便從業員顯示其持牌身份。 代理證並不取代有關牌照。 持牌人於戶外工作時佩戴代理證，可使消費者能即時辨識持牌從業員的身份，有助執業。 而且執業通告 10-02 號亦規定於一手樓盤進行地產代理工作的從業員均須佩戴地產代理證。 代理證上載有持牌人姓名、牌照種類、號碼和屆滿日期。 代理證亦附有持牌人的相片。 每名持牌人可免費獲發代理證。 欲獲發代理證，第一次的牌照申請人需在有關的牌照申請表上貼上以下規格的相片一張 : 40 毫 米 (闊) x 50 毫 米 (高) 下巴至頭頂尺寸: 32 毫米至36 毫米. 正面並清楚顯示面容特徵的彩色近照. 白 色 背 景. 以上規格與香港特區護照相片規格相同。
