Since reading the post I contacted the AAT (as I have recently started my intermediate level) to inform them that I entered into an IVA since I first registered with AAT last year.
2007年12月12日 · having been in my IVA for 1.5 years now my IP being with a company called Wilson Phillips of Blackburn, I received a letter today from a company called Grant Thornton informing me that they had taken over my IVA as Wilson Phillips had restructured its business. The letter said this had been agreed at the high court in Manchester on May 29th.
2012年5月29日 · Again the idea of the IVA is to pay back as much as you can afford and at the same time have protection of it, part of that is working within the terms and conditions of the IVA (a legal contract) , and at the end of it - any money you can not afford is written off.
