2019年5月28日 · Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.

Hit Enter. Try launching Netflix to see if it launches. If not... Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot. Scroll down to the bottom. Click Windows Store Apps. Click Run the troubleshooter. When complete try opening the Store again.
