2021年11月3日 · Since the most recent update of my NordVPN software I've being getting the message "Login Failed We hit an authentication error". Thing is I haven't even got as far as the login credentials screen before getting the message. It appears as soon as I hit the Login button. Tried reinstalling etc no joy. Archived post.
2023年2月4日 · they usually tell me to purge nordvpn, rm the config files, download the deb file , update, upgrade, .. it might be a Ubuntu problem for all we know. my nord has been 99% stable since I stopped using USB ethernet adapters and HP X360 Laptops. also re DNS you can now do 'nordvpn set dns 103.86.96.100 103.86.99.100' at terminal. and 'resolvectl status' to check.

2021年2月19日 · First, I couldn't get to nordvpn.com to even attempt to login and I discovered that my ISP (Sky UK) blocks nord by default. To get around this I had to login to the Sky mobile app and go to broadband setting and allow the following urls (by tracing what it was trying to do): nordvpn.com. nordaccount.com.

2020年10月16日 · Late to the party, but I installed nordvpn (Linux) today and had the same issue, this is how I fixed it: nordvpn whitelist add subnet 192.168.0.0/24. Problem was that the nordvpn firewall was blocking access to the local network, that includes my DNS server. Whitelist the local network, problem goes away :-)
2021年12月26日 · type nordvpn login into the cli. proceed through the browser. once you've logged in copy the link where it says "return to the app" (it should be something like nordvpn://login etc) go back to cli and type nordvpn login --callback "pasted-url-from-before" (pay attention to quote the url!) now you're logged in.

No, this login problem is pretty exceptional. In general NordVPN work perfectly without interruptions on large period, weeks or even months. Been a member since 2017, issues this big are pretty very rare. Been using Nord for years and never had this issue before. You got hit with the bad luck stick it looks like 😬.
