就業服務. 勞工處提供簡單易用的免費就業服務，幫助求職人士尋找合適工作和協助僱主填補空缺。 勞工處透過其 就業中心 、 飲食業 及 零售業 及 建造業招聘中心 、 電話就業服務中心 、職位空缺處理中心及互動就業服務網站，為僱主和求職人士提供全面的就業服務。 求職人士可按需要經就業中心或電話就業服務中心轉介工作，亦可在適用的情況下自行聯絡僱主直接申請工作。 就業中心提供電話、傳真機、「搵工易」空缺搜尋終端機和上網電腦，方便求職人士搜尋合適的職位空缺，撰寫個人履歷表和求職信。 他們可以使用中心內的設施一站式完成整個求職程序。 各就業中心均提供就業諮詢服務，求職人士可以與就業主任會面，傾談他們的就業需要；改善求職技巧；索取就業市場和培訓/再培訓課程的資訊；及/或進行職業志向評估等。

LD has the right to refer the case to other divisions of the Labour Department, other relevant government departments/statutory bodies and/or enforcement authorities for follow-up action. Participants also agree to return the re-employment allowance already given to him/her to the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
