毅進計劃 （英語： Project Yi Jin ，原名： Project Springboard [1] ），是 香港政府 為 香港中學會考 未有五科合格的中五離校生或年滿21歲的成人而設的進修途徑。 政府在2000年10月推出毅進計劃，由 「自資高等教育聯盟」 (「聯盟」)，前稱「 香港高等院校持續教育聯盟 」成員合辦 ，旨在開闢另一學習途徑，為舊學制下的中五離校生和成年學員提供更多持續進修的機會。 課程由7個必修單元和3個選修單元組成。 必修單元包括中文、英文 (一)、英文 (二)、活用數學、資訊科技應用、普通話及人際傳意技巧，選修單元方面有多種實 用科目供學員選擇。 學員成功修畢7個必修單元及3個選修單元後，會獲頒發全科畢業證書。
Project Yi Jin [1] (PYJ) was launched by the (HKSAR) Government in October 2000 to provide an alternative pathway and to expand the continuing education opportunities for Secondary 5 school leavers and adult learners. The PYJ Programme comprises seven core modules and three elective modules.

The Diploma Yi Jin (DYJ), formerly known as Yi Jin Diploma and as a replacement of the former Project Yi Jin, aims at providing an alternate pathway for Secondary Six school leavers as well as adult learners to obtain a formal qualification for the purposes of further study and employment.
