I am coming to Japan next month, which will be my first solo trip ever and I am very excited! Will be exploring Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, which I think are standard, but I am only there for 10 days – is there anything I should add?

That said, we like to take a lot of small guided tours and would like to give a small gift to guides, etc. Can anyone tell me a few ideas of what might be appreciated?
