I booked a flight on 01/17, but had canceled my reservation within 24 hours. The website stated that it is free to cancel within that timeframe; and I received a confirmation that my reservation was cancelled.

In the Cathay Pacific website, one part of the baggage allowance section says Economy passengers on most flights have a total baggage allowance of 30kg, which I understood to mean 7kg of cabin baggage and (by implication) 23kg of checked baggage.
