2023年4月6日 · 一、為規範香港澳門居民線上申請入出境許可證程序及發證作業等相關規定，特訂定本須知。 二、申請程序及發證方式： （一）申請程序：由申請人以網際網路至內政部移民署（以下簡稱移民署）境外人士線上申辦系統（以下簡稱線上系統）申請。 （二）發證方式：由申請人至線上系統繳費後，自行下載並彩色列印入出境許可證，持憑該證入出境。 三、應備文件： （一）申請書：於線上系統登錄申請人資料，中文部分應為正體字，其餘資料須與所附護照相同。 （二）備妥以下資料並掃描上傳至線上系統： 1.最近二年內二吋半身彩色白底照片。 2.香港或澳門永久性居民身分證正本（正、反面均須掃描上傳）。 3.有效期間三個月以上之香港或澳門護照正本。 4.若申請人出生地為大陸地區，應檢附下列其中一項證明文件： (1)大陸地區未設籍證明書正本。
