根據放債人條例，實際利率最高為年息百分之36。 以貸款HK$200,000、月平息0.2% (以實際年利率4.49%計)，按36個月還款期計算，手續費全免，每月還款金額為HK$5,940。 所有示例資訊只作參考，最終批核按個別申請人之實際情況而定。 邦民貸款以日息計算，借幾日計幾多，減省不必要的利息支出。 就算比預期提早清還都只會計到還款當日利息，更無罰息或手續費，彈性靈活，不論長短期貸款都可借得更抵﹑慳得更多。
