In urban area at large cities, subways are good and taxis. In suburbs and remote area, small village, hire a private driver in advance.
The bad: 1. Airline changed departure time so we can't make the connection on the outbound flight. We found out about this only by chance because my wife called the airline to ask about luggage and seating the family together.
