保險條款. 第1 部分-人身傷亡. 在「 本保險限期」 和「 地區範圍」 內,「 受保人」 因其業務關係,造成第三者意外「 受傷」 或死亡,「 本公司」 將就「 受保人」應負的法律責任,作出彌償。 如「 本保險單」 明確規定的彌償適用於某一索償,「 本公司」亦須就下列事項向「 受保人」作出彌償: . 任何索償人向「 受保人」追討的所有訟費和有關開支, 在「 本公司」 書面同意下,任何合理招致的訟費和有關開支。 倘於「 保險限期」 內或「 保險限期」 之後,因「 該條例」 的任何變更,改變了「受保人」 根據「 該條例」 須承擔的法律責任,「 本公司」 就「 本保險單」所需承擔的責任,將只限於「 該條例」 未經改動時「 本公司」須支付的金額。 第2 部分–財產損毀.
