During the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important to keep health and safety in mind. We’ve created a set of mandatory COVID-19 safety practices for both for Hosts and guests of Airbnb listings, based on guidance from the World Health Organization and the US Centers for Disease Control.

Many guests want the convenience of self check-in, which uses devices like keypads and smart locks. Add step-by-step instructions in the Listings tab.
Go to Calendar and select the listing calendar you want. Go to the panel on the right side to find your pricing and availability settings. Tap Availability. Tap Preparation time. Choose an option. Tap Save. The length of the preparation time between reservations plays a major role in determining the availability of your listings.
Feel free to message the Host with any additional questions – they’ll typically respond within 24 hours. Once you’ve settled on a place, book it!
