This issue does not occur on any other streaming service, not even on browsers like with Amazon Video. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Disney+ app, and that did not fix it either.

2019年11月24日 · It looks like the DNS servers for the go.com domain (which handles all the login/authentication for disney plus) are completely out of action: orns01.dig.com. orns02.dig.com. sens01.dig.com. sens02.dig.com. None can respond with an IP address for cdn.registerdisney.go.com.
2023年3月4日 · Signing into the Disney+ on Safari would be easier I think, try to sign into Apple TV app and put the code in. Solution (if anyone needs it): I used my iPad which worked as expected, so try another device. Yep, that worked for me to fix the log in problem. I opened the Disney Plus app on my iPhone and logged in.
Report abuse. This can be a DNS issue that prevents you to reach the Netflix and amazon servers. Try to set the google DNS to test: 1-Press Start then click on settings. 2-Click on Network & Internet. 3-Click on Ethernet then click on Change adapter options and a new window will open. 4-Right-click on the connected network then click on properties.
