   2023年3月3日 · 根據《打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集條例》（第615章），本地貴金屬及寶石交易商須於二 二三年四月至十二月期間向香港海關申請註冊，以進行總額為十二萬或以上港元的交易，並須適當履行打擊洗錢及恐怖分子資金籌集的法定責任。 非香港貴金屬及寶石交易商若符合法定條件（包括來港參加珠寶展的參展商），雖獲豁免註冊，但須由二 二三年四月一日起就任何在香港進行總額為十二萬或以上港元的現金交易，於交易後一日內，或在該交易商或代表該交易商行事的人離開香港前，以較早者為準，向香港海關提交現金交易報告。 海關關長何珮珊今日（三月三日）參與香港海關於珠寶展舉行的宣傳活動，與知名藝人陳貝兒進行對談環節，介紹有關規管制度，為整個推廣活動打響頭炮。
