no you can't, the pool sits behind the hotel, on the opposite side of the world of colour. It is a rooftop pool but is above the lower conference room part of the hotel, not at the top of the main hotel. You might be able to see the fireworks ( my room on other side of hotel), but boy can you hear them--night after night.
