我最近也遇到类似的问题，经排查，是由于“Killer Control Center”的设置所导致。在设置中开启了“Gamefast”或“Creatorfast”，该设置会禁用部分服务。解决方案是将该禁止服务列表中的Windows Update、Storage Service等不需要禁用的服务取消勾选，然后重启电脑，即可解决。

2017年7月1日 · Open task manager, right click the process then click properties. If you discover the exe is C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe I would suggest updating the hard drive driver. If you discover the exe is not C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe I would stop it then immediately run a full virus scan on the computer. Report abuse.
