2017年3月29日 · I believe ToCoo charges ETC card rental by the day @JPY324 per day (whereas thru car rental company or via Jalan / Rakuten, it's usually just JPY540 or 1080 per rental). I have not rented from ToCoo so you shld check whether the SGD258 pass has already included the ETC card rental.
2017年3月29日 · I have tentatively reserved a car from Tocoo but we wont know the car type except that its the mini-van kind of car. for 5day pick up and drop off diff plce .with 4 wheel drive,with compensation coverage, child car seat, GPS. for 67170yen. Not sure if its worthwile

Email them separately to include ETC option and ask them what is the class type of my booking. In Jalan they state the car is sedan but the nippon staff told me Iv booked a 8-seater 2L MPV I.e Nissan Serena, Toyota noah, Honda step wagon.

2015年11月3日 · As for car rental, we did booking via tocoo as we've wanted Eng GPS. Went for Jr rental for 900cc compact car and paid about 40k jpy in total for 5days including full insurance coverage and penalty for returning the car at a different prefecture (we've pickup car at kumamoto and return at Kagoshima).

Total of 2 pax, but likely going for compact car like fit or note instead of the 600cc cars for safety. Itinerary. Saporro (collect car on day 1 of drive) Noribetsu. Lake Toya.
Breakdown of the budget for the trip. Ticket 650sgd. Car rental 40,000 yen ( inclusive of JCB discount, Winter Tyres and ETC card ) ETC toll fee about 27,000 yen ( ETC cards give about 20% discount of the toll rates ) Petrol topup, about 5x of 3000 ( 15,000 yen ) Hotels x 4 about 50-60sgd. 2 nights in car.

I wouldn’t question and debate and even worse refer to all your parents’ problems, I would be grateful for the ride. M.
