In light of the intervention into the practice of Messrs. Wong, Fung & Co. (“Intervention”) by the Law Society of Hong Kong (“Law Society”), the EAA issued a “Letter to Licensees” (“Letter”) on 6 January 2021 and emailed it to all licensees.
